Set up the Disney channel’s distribution team in East from scratch in 2015, after the separation from ICAST and played an important role for appointing entire team like AM / TM and distributors. The placement of Disney Channels across the platforms, DPOs in Eastern Region, flawless execution of Digital Addressable System in DAS 3 & 4 in 2017, placement of driver channels in DPOs and increase the reach of Disney channels are the notable achievements during this tenure.

▪ Zee Turner Limited – Media Pro ( Joint Venture of STAR TV + ZeE TV ) and Taj Television – Joined in Sep’2008 as senior manager (State Head) of Bihar, Jharkhand & Orissa, responsible for subscription revenue of Zee Turner channels in those states in 2010.
Took charge of West Bengal, Sikkim & Bhutan in Mediapro and was responsible for distribution of both the channels of Zee and Star. Was a key member during the role out of Digital Addressable System in Kolkata DAS 1 market for Mediapro, joint venture of Zee & Star in 2012 as a Dy, general manager, and distribution sales.

Started SITI Broadband from scratch in 2010 and played a key Role in the Digitalization of the Cable Industry by deploying close to 6 Million Cable Customers in Digital Addressable System i.e. 6 Million Set Top Boxes and close to .2 Million Broadband Users in Eastern India. Working Since 2010.

• Tata Communications - Was the Circle Head, Business Head and the Head for Sales & Marketing for Retail Broadband wherein had launched Wireless and Buried FTTH Broadband in 15 cities of Eastern Region. Worked from 2007 till 2010.

• SIFY - Was the Circle Head for Retail Broadband for Eastern Region and South Region, responsible for the entire gamut of the business of Retail Broadband. Had launched Sify Broadband from scratch in East and South Region for Sify in 2004. Worked from 2004 till 2007.
